多水源补给的宿迁市黄河故道水量-水质耦合优化调控

Optimal Regulation of Coupling Water Quantity and Water Quality in Old Yellow River Channel in Suqian City with Multi Water Supply

摘要 为了实现黄河故道水量和水质双重保障目标下的耦合优化调控,需要综合考虑水量补给渠道、水质改善目标、经济成本和技术难度等多重因素。研究基于黄河故道11级梯级蓄水工程和骆马湖、中运河、洪泽湖对黄河故道的补给关系,充分利用和优化分配周边水系水源,通过建立水量-水质耦合模型,开展多种水资源配置方案的数值模拟与方案比选,提出多水源补给的黄河故道优化调度方案。结果表明:在“高水高用、低水低用”的基础上每月增加小额生态补水量(0.42亿~0.52亿m3),成本适中、技术难度低,且水质改善效果较好,2018年(现状年)和2025年(规划水平年)水质综合改善率分别为22%和9%,水质总体达标率分别为82%和93%,调水成本分别比单一水源(“高水”)成本降低16%和24%。 In order to realize the coupled regulation of water quantity and water quality in the old Yellow River channel,it requires compre⁃hensive consideration of multiple factors such as water supply channels,water quality improvement objectives,economic costs and technical difficulties.According to the 11 steps water storage projects in the old Yellow River channel and the supply relationship between Luoma Lake,Zhongyun River,Hongze Lake and the old Yellow River channel,this study made full use of and optimized the distribution of water sources in the surrounding water system.The optimal operation scheme of the old Yellow River channel under the background of multi⁃source water supply was proposed through the establishment of a water quantity⁃quality coupling model and the numerical simulation and scenario compari⁃son between various water resources allocation schemes.The results show that the scheme with“high water for high use,low water for low use”,and a small amount of ecological water replenishment(42-52 million m3)every month is moderate in cost,low in technical difficulty and has a good effect on water quality improvement.Under the current situation year 2018 and planning level year 2025,the comprehensive improvement rates of water quality are 22% and 9% respectively.The overall compliance rates of water quality can reach to 82% and 93% re⁃spectively.The costs of water transfer in this scheme are 16%and 24%lower than that of a single water source(“high water”).
