西安都市圈生态系统服务价值演变及其与经济发展协调性

Analysis of the Evolution of Ecosystem Service Value and the Coordinated Development of Eco⁃Economy in Xi’an Metropolitan Area

摘要 当前以行政区为单位的“地方性”经济发展模式往往割裂了强调“整体性”的区域生态系统,都市圈作为落实国家区域协调发展战略的全新治理尺度,是实现跨域治理、推动生态环境共保共治的重要治理单元。以西安都市圈为例,采用价值量评价法分析其2000—2020年生态系统服务价值的时空分异特征,探讨各区(县)生态系统服务价值与经济发展的协调性。结果表明:西安都市圈生态系统服务价值总体格局保持稳定,呈北部渭北台塬和北山地区及南部秦岭地区大,中部渭河沿岸生态带小的特征;20 a来,西安都市圈生态系统服务价值减小28.52亿元,各区(县)生态系统服务价值变化呈现以西安城六区为核心的圈层递增结构;西安都市圈生态系统服务价值与经济发展整体呈现为高水平协调、一般水平协调、低度失调、中度失调和重度失调5类。 The current“local”economic construction and development model with administrative districts as the unit often divides the region⁃al ecosystem that emphasizes“integrity”.As a new governance scale for implementing the national regional coordination strategy,the metro⁃politan area has become an important governance unit for realizing cross⁃domain governance and promoting the co⁃protection and governance of the ecological environment.Taking Xi’an metropolitan area as an example,this paper analyzed the spatial⁃temporal differentiation charac⁃teristics and causes of the ecosystem service pattern in Xi’an metropolitan area from 2000 to 2020 by using the value evaluation method,and discussed the coordination between the ecosystem service value and economic development of each district and county.The results show that the overall pattern of ecosystem service value in Xi’an metropolitan area remains stable,which is higher in the northern Weibei tableland and Beishan region and the southern Qinling region,and lower in the central along the Weihe River ecological zone.During the past 20 years,the value of ecosystem services in Xi’an metropolitan area is decreased by 2.852 billion Yuan,and the changes of ESV in each district show an epitaxial increasing structure with Xi’an six districts as the core.The ecosystem services and economic development in Xi’an metropolitan ar⁃ea are incongruous,which can be subdivided into five categories of high level coordination,general level coordination,low level imbalance,moderate imbalance and severe imbalance.
