摘要
针对黏土地层盾构机施工过程中刀盘易结泥饼的情况,以合肥市轨道交通一号线三期工程为背景,对盾构机推力、扭矩进行相关计算,并对盾构机刀盘刀具进行适应性改造,即采用中心鱼尾刀,选择辐条式刀盘,采用不同安装高度的多排阶梯式主切削刀以及辅助切削刀。结合盾构机选型,通过分析现场施工的监测数据,探究盾构机的设计推力和扭矩是否满足该区段施工要求,刀盘刀具与该地层是否有着良好的适应性,同时,对盾构机的主体设备、刀盘型式、刀具布置和动力系统做出客观、真实的适应性评价。研究结果表明,施工盾构机推力达到30000kN以上,扭矩8000kN·m以上,盾构机方可顺利施工。这样的结果将为各地盾构机选型提供借鉴与参考。
In view of the situation that the cutter head is easy to form mud cake during the shield construction in the clay layer,taking the Hefei Rail Transit Line 1 Phase II Project as the background,the thrust and torque of the shield machine are calculated,and the cutter head and cutter of the shield machine are adapted,that is,the central fish tail cutter is used,the spoke cutter head is selected,and the multi-row stepped main cutter and auxiliary cutter with different installation heights are used.Based on the selection of shield tunneling machines and the analysis of on-site construction monitoring data,this study aims to investigate whether the designed thrust and torque of the shield tunneling machine meet the construction requirements of this section,and whether the cutter head and cutting tools have good adaptability to the formation.At the same time,an objective and realistic adaptability evaluation should be made on the main equipment,cutter head type,cutter arrangement,and power system of the shield tunneling machine.The research results indicate that when the thrust of the construction shield machine reaches over 30,000 kN and the torque exceeds 8,000 kN-m,the shield machine can proceed smoothly.This result will provide reference and reference for the selection of shield tunneling machines in various regions.
