运用大数据技术进行数据管理、防范和化解重大风险,提高应对突发公共卫生事件的能力,是推进国家治理体系和治理能力现代化的关键。目前仍存在数据采集方法落后、数据格式不统一、数据孤岛等问题,因此,建立数据收集机制、建立数据共享机制、促进大数据应用的广度和深度、加强智能防控平台的建设以及运行研究,对防控突发公共卫生事件来说很有必要。

Using Big data technology to manage data,prevent and resolve major risks and improve the ability to respond to public health emergencies is the key to promoting the modernization of national governance system and capacity.At present,there are still problems such as backward data collection methods,inconsistent data formats,and isolated data islands.Therefore,it is necessary to establish a data collection mechanism,establish a data sharing mechanism,promote the breadth and depth of Big data applications,and strengthen the construction and operation research of intelligent prevention and control platforms to prevent and control public health emergencies.
