摘要
本文设计了一种60 GHz串并联混合馈电毫米波平面阵列天线,并采用了切比雪夫综合法将其主副瓣电平比控制在-26 dB以下,为了获得更高的增益采用8×10个阵元组阵。该毫米波平面天线阵列的谐振带宽为57.46 GHz~61.87 GHz,工作带宽达4.41 GHz。在60 GHz处工作,平面阵列天线增益最高达15.87 dB,半功率波束宽度为12.78°。该阵列天线在60 GHz毫米波通信系统中可以实现超高速无线传输,预计也是未来无线短距离通信技术的研究热点。
A 60 GHz series parallel hybrid feed millimeter wave planar array antenna is designed in this article,with the use of the Chebyshev synthesis method to make its main-to-side lobe ratio below-26 dB and the 8×10 array elements to obtain higher gain.The resonance bandwidth of the millimeter wave planar antenna array is 57.46 GHz to 61.87 GHz,and the operating bandwidth is 4.41 GHz.Working at 60 GHz,the planar array antenna has a maximum gain of 15.87 dB and a half power beamwidth of 12.78 degrees.The 60 GHz millimeter wave communication technology can achieve ultra high-speed wireless transmission of several Gbps among devices,making it the most promising one in the future wireless communication technologies.
