摘要
针对目前高职院校在人才培养中普遍存在的问题,需要突出高素质技术技能人才的培养,深化产教融合、校企合作,研究实践校企合作和“五位一体”模式与“六共”机制,从人才培养目标、课程体系、教学模式、教学资源开发、双师培训及双师技能社团六个方面进行校企双主体育人专业建设,形成多样化的双主体合作模式与机制,不断提高双主体育人成效。
In response to the common problems in talent cultivation in vocational colleges,it is necessary to highlight the cultivation of high-quality technical and skilled talents,deepen the integration of industry and education and school-enterprise cooperation,research and practice the“Five in One”model and“Six in One”mechanism of school enterprise cooperation,and carry out the professional construction of school-enterprise dual subject talent cultivation from six aspects:talent cultivation goals,curriculum system,teaching mode,teaching resource development,dual teacher training,and dual teacher skill clubs,to form diversified dual subject cooperation model and mechanism,and continuously improve the effectiveness of dual subject talent cultivation.
