课程思政融入涉外法治外语人才培养模式探究 被引量:1

On the Mode of Integrating Ideological and Political Courses into the Cultivation of Foreign Language Talents of Foreign-Related Rule of Law

摘要 高素质涉外法治外语人才培养是全球化背景下中国追求更高质量发展的必然要求,而涉外法治外语人才的职责及培养过程的特殊性同样令其德育培养成为重中之重。因此,课程思政融入涉外法治外语人才培养,与思政课程相向而行,共同树人至关重要。本文结合中国政法大学外国语学院涉外法治外语人才培养实践,以教学要素为框架进行梳理,总结得出,课程思政融入涉外法治外语人才培养应明确培养目标及内容,在其指导下,以教师自身为模范,教材为工具,课程为抓手,评价体系为保障,建立课程思政教育框架。 The high-quality cultivation of foreign language talents of foreign-related rule of law is an inevitable requirement of China’s pursuit of higher quality development under the background of globalization.The responsibility of foreign language talents of foreign-related rule of law and the particularity of the teaching process also make their moral education become the top priority.Therefore,it is very important for the ideological and political theories teaching in all courses to be integrated into the cultivation of foreign language talents of foreign-related rule of law.This article combines the practice of cultivating foreign language talents of foreign-related rule of law at the School of Foreign Studies,China University of Political Science and Law,and sorts out the teaching elements as a framework.It is concluded that the integration of ideological and political education into foreign-related legal foreign language talent cultivation should have clear training objectives and content.Under its guidance,with teachers themselves as models,teaching materials as tools,courses as starting points,and evaluation systems as guarantees,a framework for ideological and political education in courses should be established.
