疫情常态下社区小型公共空间调查及优化思考

Investigation and Improvement Thoughts of Small Public Space in Community under the Normal Situation of COVID-19

城市社区的小型公共空间因其日常性、精微性,在疫情下显现出重要作用。基于多个地区的公共空间使用情况及使用主体的调查,梳理总结疫情常态下社区小型公共空间的使用情况与现存问题。首先,结合相关研究阐释概念,继而分析不同主体的使用方式,诸如政策主导、居民自发。其次,探讨其矛盾与成因,总结为:需求与功能的落差、情感与心理的变化、空间管控激发公共性诉求。最后,基于其行为逻辑和矛盾成因,从空间挖掘、空间设计、空间治理3个方面展开思考,探讨了疫情常态下社区小型公共空间的优化策略。

Small public spaces in urban communities,because of the everyday and subtle attribute,have revealed an unprecedented role under thenormal situation of COVID-19.Based on in-depth investigations in several regions and different actors,this paper sorts out and summarizes the usage conditions and contradictory problems of small public spaces in communities under the normal situation of COVID-19.Combined with related studies,this paper firstly explains the concept,and then analyzes the usage of different actors such as policy-led and resident-led.The contradictions and causes are further explored and summarized as follows:the apparent gap between demand and function,the fluctuating emotional and psychological changes,and the spatial control that stimulates public demands.Finally,based on the internal logic of usage behavior and contradictory causes,we consider three aspects of space excavation,space design,and space governance,and propose strategies for improving small public spaces in communities under the epidemic norm.This paper attempts to respond to the current problems while providing useful references for future spatial responses to similar public health events.
