重大风险情境下人际信任的影响因素与提升路径

The Contributing Factors and Promotion Paths of Interpersonal Trust in Major Risk Situations

中国正处于“船在中游”的关键时期,面临诸多重大风险挑战。人际信任是在某一情境下,个体对他人行为的积极预期,以及愿意承担预期风险的心理状态,表征着人们防范化解重大风险的心理防御力,其有助于个人生存发展和社会稳定和谐。本研究结合中国重大风险情境特点,分别从个人、群际、媒体/文化层面分析该情境下人际信任的影响因素,梳理出引导正性情绪、构建共同内群体,以及增强文化依恋水平等人际信任的提升路径,为推动防范化解重大风险工作和中华民族伟大复兴提供社会心理学的理论支撑。

China’s development is in a critical period of“ships in the middle reaches”,facing many major risks and challenges.Interpersonal trust refers to an individual’s positive expectation of others’behavior and the psychological state of being willing to take expected risks in a certain situation,which represents people’s psychological defense ability to prevent and resolve major risks and is conducive to personal survival and development and social stability and harmony.Combined with the characteristics of China’s major risk situations,this study analyzes the contributing factors of interpersonal trust from individual,inter-group and media/culture levels,and points out the promotion paths of such as guiding positive emotions,building common-in-group identity and enhancing cultural attachment,which provides theoretical support of social psychology for the prevention of major risks as well as for the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.
