Hanging basket and cantilever casting construction technology is a classic technique for the construction of continuous box girders with large spans.However,under new special construction conditions such as cross-highway,the classic technology has been exposed to new challenges in terms of hanging basket design and construction quality and safety,etc.This paper will provide an in-depth analysis of the hanging basket and cantilever casting construction technology in cross-high speed scenarios and discuss practical and feasible solutions for the hanging basket design,construction techniques and assurance of high-quality safety baskets.
