摘要
讨论了力化学助剂MPA对PVC板材加工性能的影响。试验表明:MPA可降低PVC的塑化温度,提高熔体的流动性,与相对分子质量高的PVC树脂具有良好的相容性,对PVC树脂有良好的塑化作用,提高PVC板材的力学性能。系列试验证明,MPA能完全替代ACR在PVC板材中的应用。
The influence of mechanochemical additive MPA on the processing performance of PVC sheets was discussed.Experimental results showed that MPA could reduce the plasticizing temperature of PVC,improve the fluidity of the melt,and had good compatibility with PVC resin with high relative molecular weight.MPA also had a good plasticizing effect on PVC resin,thereby improving the mechan-ical properties of PVC sheets.A series of experiments proved that MPA could completely replace ACR used in PVC sheets.
