中部地区省域副中心城市竞争力比较研究——兼论如何提升宜昌城市竞争力

A Comparative Study on Competitiveness of Provincial Sub-Central Cities in the Central Region——How to Improve the Competitiveness of Yichang City

为进一步提升宜昌城市竞争力,本文通过建立城市竞争力评价体系,运用熵值法和综合指标评价法,对中部地区省域副中心城市竞争力水平开展比较研究。结果表明:宜昌综合竞争力在中部地区省域副中心中排名第三,具有一定的竞争力,但在细分领域与其他城市相比还存在一定差距。由此提出相应对策:着力构建现代化产业体系,强化交通基础设施建设,提升绿色低碳发展水平,强化科技创新引擎功能,推进高水平对外开放。

In order to further enhance the urban competitiveness of Yichang,this paper conducts a compara⁃tive study on the competitiveness of provincial sub-center cities in the central region by establishing an urban competitiveness evaluation system,using the entropy method and the comprehensive index evaluation method.The results show that:Yichang’s comprehensive competitiveness ranks third among the provincial subcenters in the central region,and it has certain competitiveness,but there is still a certain gap compared with other cities in the subdivision field.Therefore,corresponding countermeasures are put forward:focus on building a modern industrial system,strengthen the construction of transportation infrastructure,im⁃prove the level of green and low-carbon development,strengthen the function of scientific and technological innovation,and promote high-level opening to the outside world.
