Research progress on participation of adolescent epilepsy patients in shared decision-making

青少年癫痫患者处于生长发育的关键时期,由于病情的复杂性,其面临的健康问题不容忽视。随着医学模式的转变,体现"以患者为中心"的"患者参与共享决策"成为医学模式中必不可少的部分。本文从共享决策概念、在青少年癫痫领域的应用研究现状、实施方法、影响因素以及决策评价工具等进行概括,以期为癫痫患者参与共享决策提供更好的干预措施和决策辅助。

Adolescent epilepsy patients are in a critical period of growth and development,and due to the complexity of their condition,the health problems they face cannot be ignored.With the transformation of medical models,the"patient-centered"approach of"patient participation in shared decision-making"has become an essential part of the medical model.This article summarizes the concept,research status,implementation methods,influencing factors of shared decision-making,and decision-making evaluation tools in the field of adolescent epilepsy,so as to provide intervention measures and decision-making assistance for epilepsy patients to participate in shared decision-making.
