The formulation and publishment of Chinese Proficiency Grading Standards for International Chinese Language Education is a fresh starting point of international education of Chinese language in the new period.From the prospective of connectivity and consistency,the study of the effective interaction between grammar and vocabulary within Grading Standards in order to broaden its practical function and provide fundamental statistics and scientific reference for the four key points in newperiod international education of Chinese language including learning,teaching,testing and evaluating.
