摘要
21世纪以来,质量提升成为全球高等教育的共同努力方向。作为一种具备批判精神和道德责任的内在修养,教师的教学关怀被认为有助于遏制新自由主义对大学教学的持续异化,进而能够促进学生的整体发展和社会的长足进步。教学关怀在本质上是一种关系性存在,围绕优化教学关怀关系,国际高等教育学界开展了大量研究,提出应专注“本真而具象”的学生需求、拒绝“规避风险型”的知识教学、构建“平衡非妥协”的课堂秩序、培育教师的“敏感性与行动力”,与此同时,还应不断完善相关的制度保障机制。面向未来,高等院校需要坚持促进学生发展的核心理念,重视教师情感劳动的教育价值,努力创设尊重专业自主权的制度生态。
Since the 21st century,quality improvement has become the common aim of global higher education.As an internal accomplishment with critical spirit and moral responsibility,teaching care was believed to help curb the continuous alienation of neo liberalism in higher education,which will promote the overall development of students and social progress.In essence,teaching care is a kind of intertwined relationship between teacher and student.Focused on how to optimize the relationship,scholars from different countries have put forward many constructive propositions,including caring“authentic and concrete”students’needs,rejecting“avoiding troublesome knowledge”teaching,building a“balanced and uncompromising”classroom order,and cultivating teachers'“sensitivity and agency”.Besides,scholars also concerned about how to improve the relevant system of teaching care.In the long run,colleges and universities should adhere to the core concept of students’development,emphasize educational value of teachers’emotional labor,and strive to create an institutional ecology that respects teachers’professional autonomy.
