《当代英国黑人小说中的身份认同问题研究》(2022)以20世纪50年代到21世纪的当代英国黑人小说为研究对象。该书从英国黑人移民的身份构建与英国性的改变两个角度展开论述,前者主要探究英国黑人移民在英国社会中挣扎求存,实现身份构建的过程;后者则探究了黑人移民在英格兰性向英国性转变过程中的重要作用。书中蕴含的黑人移民身份构建和英国性改变不仅与英国黑人小说的成长主题相契合,而且影射出当今英国社会的成长与重塑,为国内研究当代英国黑人小说的新视角提供了重要范例。

The Study on the Identity Issues in Contemporary Black British Novels(2022)takes the contemporary Black British novels from the postcolonial period in the 1950s to the multicultural period in the 21^(st)century as the research object.This work can be divided into two perspectives:the formation of Black identity and the transformation of Englishness.The former discusses the process that Black British immigrants struggle for survival and identity,and the later explores the significance of Black immigrants in the transition from Englishness to Britishness.The formation of Black identity and transformation of Englishness contained in this monograph not only fit the Bildung motif of Black British novels,but also reflect the growth and reconstruction of the British society.Therefore,this monograph provides an important model for the domestic study of contemporary Black British novels.
