大型锆泵体铸造工艺研究

摘要 针对制备难度高的大型高温高压离心锆泵铸件进行了铸造工艺探究。利用数控机加工制备石墨型,采用真空浇注,并设计合理的阻流截面比例来控制充型顺序,杜绝辅路浇口过早开启,实现液态金属充型时的高效排气,成功制备出结构尺寸大、壁厚、技术要求符合的高温高压锆泵体铸件。 The casting technology of large high temperature and high pressure centrifugal zirconium pump castings was studied.In this paper,the graphite type is prepared by CNC machining,the vacuum casting is adopted,and the reasonable proportion of choke section is designed to control the filling sequence,to eliminate the premature opening of the auxiliary gate,and realize the efficient exhaust when the liquid metal is filled,and the high temperature and high pressure zirconium pump castings with large structure size,wall thickness and technical requirements are successfully prepared,which meets the technical requirements..
