摘要
为了提高铸件的一致性和稳定性较,提升产品的可靠性,通过对铸件五大元素进行细化,严格控制合金元素、微量元素的质量分数,并研究新工艺和新方法,提高铸件终成分靶心率和金相组织一致性,使铸件性能过程能力指数Cpk值大于1.33,铸件性能一致性和稳定性方面达到国内先进水平。
In order to improve the consistency and stability of the casting and enhance the reliability of the product,the five elements of the casting were refined,the mass fraction of alloying elements and trace elements were strictly controlled,and new processes and new methods were studied to improve the bullseye rate of the final composition of the casting and the consistency of the metallographic structure,so that the Cpk value of the casting performance process capability index was greater than 1.33.Casting performance consistency and stability reached the domestic advanced level.
