公共文化服务赋能文化产业一体化协同机制分析--以长三角地区为例

An Analysis of the Collaborative Mechanism of Public Cultural Services Empowering the Integration of Cultural Industries:Taking the Yangtze River Delta Region as An Example

长三角区域是实施国家战略“区域一体化发展”的重要地区,区域产业在政策、市场、对外开放等层面高度融合。然而,长三角地区的文化产业高质量发展与公共文化服务水平之间的协同效应仍有提升空间,“公共文化服务—文化产业一体化”系统之间协同发展不足、区域发展不平衡、供需错位现象仍然存在。本文运用2011—2020年长三角地级市数据,构建长三角区域公共文化服务对文化产业一体化发展水平影响的评价体系,探索其协同发展机制,并提出推动公共文化服务—文化产业一体化协同发展的政策建议。

The Yangtze River Delta is an important region for implementing the national strategy of"regional integration development",with highly integrated regional industries in policy,market,and opening up.However,in reality,there is still room for improvement in the degree of collaborative development between the cultural industry and public cultural services in the Yangtze River Delta region.The level of collaborative development between the two subsystems of"public cultural services cultural industry integration"still needs to be improved,and regional development imbalance and supply-demand imbalance still exist.This article uses data from prefecture level cities in the Yangtze River Delta from 2011 to 2020 to construct an evaluation system for the integrated development level of public cultural services and cultural industries in the Yangtze River Delta region,rationalize its coordinated development mechanism,and provide policy recommendations for improving the coordinated development level of cultural industries and public cultural services.
