摘要
科技变革与产业转型正在重塑设计研究的内涵与外延。如何培养能够服务国家战略、兼具研究与实践技能、创造学科本体知识的高层次设计人才是我国设计院校面临的挑战。文章通过借鉴芬兰阿尔托大学设计系的博士培养经验,构建基于国家研发平台项目实践的设计博士培养模式,整合前沿问题探索、可迁移能力培养与反思性项目实践三要素,促进产学研知识共创、多元化协同育人,旨在为建立中国设计学术体系与培养引领产业发展的高层次设计人才提供参考。
Technological transformation and industrial transition are reshaping the essence and extension of design research.The challenge for design schools in China is to cultivate high-level design talents who can serve national strategies,possess research and practical skills,and create discipline-specific knowledge.Drawing on the experience of the design department at Aalto University in Finland,this paper proposes a Doctor of Design Training model based on national R&D platform project practice.The model integrates three elements,namely exploring cutting-edge issues,cultivating transferable skills,and engaging in reflective project practice,to facilitate collaborative knowledge creation among industry,academia and research,and to foster diversified education through cooperation,based on this for the establishment of a Chinese design academic system and training high-level design talents that lead the development of the industry.
