摘要
为有效解决由航材伴随保障造成的机动性差问题,提出主动配送、定期轮换的供应保障机制,构建层次聚类法和物元可拓法的航材储备中心选址模型。首先建立航材储备中心选址指标体系,其次针对选址指标难以量化的问题,运用层次聚类法确定指标权重,采用物元可拓法,构建航材储备中心选址模型。最后运用实例验证航材储备中心选址指标体系的完整性和选址模型的可操作性,对于航材储备中心选址有一定指导意义。
To effectively solve the problem of poor maneuverability caused by the accompanying guarantee of air materials,a supply guarantee mechanism of active distribution and regular rotation is proposed,and a location model of air materials reserve center based on hierarchical clustering meth-od and matter-element extension method is constructed.Firstly,the index system for the location of air material reserve center is established.Secondly,to address the problem that the location index is difficult to quantify,the hierarchical clustering method is used to determine the index weight,and the matter-element extension method is used to build the location model of air material reserve cen-ter.Finally,an example is used to verify the integrity of the location index system and the operability of the location model of the air material reserve center,which has certain guiding significance for the location of the air material reserve center.
