基于工业互联网的船舶智能建造整体管控平台设计

摘要 针对船舶建造过程中应用软件未覆盖完整、应用系统相互独立、“数据孤岛”现象仍然存在以及信息化与业务难以融合的问题,提出基于先进工业互联网架构的船舶整体管控平台,分析整体管控平台与各应用系统间的数据交互和业务流程,探索某船厂在整体管控平台体系下的云边端协同技术。通过将信息技术与船舶生产技术充分融合,构建“统一数据、统一模型、统一架构”的船厂整体管控平台,实现船舶各业务系统的设备标准接入、数据融合共享和智能协同管控与决策,进而提高跨业务、跨层级和跨应用系统间数据共享的效率。 Aiming at the problems of incomplete application software coverage,independent application systems,the"data island"phenomenon still exists,and it is difficult to integrate information and business in the process of shipbuilding.An integrated ship management and control platform based on advanced industrial Internet architecture is proposed.The data interaction and business process between the whole management and control platform and each application system are analyzed to explore the cloud-edge collaboration technology of a certain shipyard under the overall control platform system.Through the full integration of information technology and ship production technology,the shipyard's overall management and control platform of"unified data,unified model,and unified architecture"will be built,and the equipment standard access,data fusion and sharing,and intelligent collaborative management and decision-making of various ship business systems will be realized,thus improving the efficiency of data sharing among cross-business,cross-level,and cross-application systems.
