摘要
实验技术人才是高校师资队伍配备的重要力量。尽管通过不同历史阶段实验技术人才政策牵引调适,实验技术人才在教学科研及创新人才培养方面发挥了不可替代的作用,目前实验技术人才政策运行过程中出现的政策设计定位不准、政策执行偏差以及政策配套协同不够等问题弱化了政策效力发挥,一定程度上阻碍了实验技术人才队伍的发展。因此,要从优化政策供给、强化政策执行及健全政策配套体系等方面建立长效发展机制,进一步推动高校实验技术人才队伍高质量发展。
Laboratory assistants are the important part of university faculty.In different historical stages of higher education development,they have played an irreplaceable role in teaching,scientific researches,and cultivation of creative talents.However,the team construction of laboratory assistants is currently hampered to some degree due to inaccurate positioning of the personnel policy design,deviation in policy implementation and insufficient coordination of related policies.Therefore,it is necessary to establish a long-term development mechanism from the aspects of optimizing policy supply,strengthening policy implementation and perfecting policy supporting system so as to further promote the high-quality development of university laboratory assistants.
