摘要
随着教职工生活水准和服务要求的提升,工会服务与多校区大学“散、杂、大、全”之间的矛盾日益凸显。校区分散降低了服务的感知性,情况复杂扩大了服务的差异化,体量庞大加剧了服务的异步性,学科齐全弱化了服务的个性化,多重挑战的叠加大大影响了教职工的幸福感、获得感和安全感。为此,高校工会应积极推进服务“供给侧改革”,坚持全人服务理念,在结对帮带的基础上建立服务联盟,通过项目制的推行完成工会服务的生产和递送,让广大教职工获得满意的消费体验。多校区大学可以大胆尝试据点服务模式,以据点建设为基础、制度设计为保障、团队培育为抓手、合作生产为关键,实现工会资源、管理和服务“三下沉”,打通服务教职工的“最后一公里”。
With the living standards and demands of university faculty having been increased,the faculty union finds it more and more difficult to handle the condition of multi-campus universities.The decentralization of the campuses reduces the perceptibility of the union service;the complex situation expands the service differentiation;the huge quantity intensifies the asynchrony of service;the disciplinary diversification weakens the individualization of service.The superimposition of multiple challenges seriously affects the happiness,sense of gain and security of the faculty.Therefore,the faculty unions of multi-campus universities must actively promote the supply-side reform,adhere to holistic service,establish a service alliance based on pairing assistance,and accomplish the production and delivery of union service through a project-based mechanism so as to enable the faculty to obtain satisfactory consumption experience.Multi-campus universities can boldly try the station-based service mode and make their union resources,management and service accessible to the whole faculty through service station construction,policy design,team construction and collaborated production.
