迭代涤纶表面粗糙化与吸汗-速干性能

摘要 提高吸湿-速干服装面料的速干功能是一项难点,具有急迫性。研究了添加成孔剂的迭代涤纶在不同碱减量条件下的碱减量率以及纤维表面SEM形态结构,添加成孔剂的迭代涤纶经碱减量处理后可以在纤维表面刻蚀出密度较大的微坑或长条状沟槽,增大纤维的比表面积,有效提高迭代涤纶的吸汗-速干性能。 It is difficult and urgent to improve the quick-drying function of hygroscopic-quick-drying clothing fabric.The alkali deweighting rate and the SEM morphology of the fiber surface of the iterated polyester with the addition of pore forming agent under different alkali deweighting conditions were studied.After alkali deweighting treatment,the iterated polyester with the addition of pore forming agent could etch into the denser micropits or elongated grooves on the fiber surface,increase the specific surface area of the fiber,and effectively improve the sweat-absorbing and quick-drying properties of the iterated polyester.
