AOGC烟气丙烯腈质量浓度超标的原因分析与探讨

摘要 关于丙烯腈装置吸收塔尾气处理装置(AOGC)烟气中丙烯腈质量浓度超标问题的研究很少。中国石油化工股份有限公司安庆分公司采用检测比对、烟气分段采样和试验新催化剂等多种方式找到了原因,提出了理论推测,并在实际生产中进行了验证。验证结果表明:AOGC的催化氧化催化剂活性下降,会造成烟气经过选择性催化还原反应器时与氨气发生反应生成丙烯腈,最终导致烟气中丙烯腈质量浓度超标。 Few studies have been conducted on the excessive concentration of acrylonitrile in the flue gas of the absorption tower tail gas treatment unit(AOGC)of acrylonitrile plant.SINOPEC Anqing Branch found the reason by means of detection and comparison,segmental sampling of flue gas and testing of new catalyst,and put forward theoretical speculations,which were verified in actual production.The results show that the decrease of catalytic oxidation catalyst activity of AOGC will cause the gas to react with ammonia to produce acrylonitrile after selective catalytic reduction(SCR)reactor,and ultimately lead to the excessive acrylonitrile content in the flue gas.
