摘要
研究了固体基质引发对不同浓度NaCl胁迫下青花菜‘沪绿5号’和花椰菜‘沪松85’种子萌发和生理生化指标的影响。结果表明:在0—200 mmol∕L NaCl胁迫下,‘沪绿5号’和‘沪松85’种子的发芽势、发芽率和发芽指数随着NaCl浓度的增加而降低,平均发芽时间随着NaCl浓度的增加而增加。‘沪绿5号’和‘沪松85’吸胀种子中β-淀粉酶活性和可溶性糖含量随着NaCl浓度的增加呈先增加后降低的趋势。与对照(未引发种子)相比,经固体基质引发的‘沪绿5号’和‘沪松85’种子的发芽势、发芽率、发芽指数均增加,平均发芽时间减少;经固体基质引发的‘沪绿5号’和‘沪松85’吸胀种子中β-淀粉酶活性和可溶性糖含量均增加。
The effects of solid matrix priming on seed germination,physiological and biochemical indexes of‘Hulv No.5’and‘Husong 85’under different NaCl concentrations were studied.The results showed that under 0—200 mmol∕L NaCl stress,the germination potential,germination rates,and germination indexes of‘Hulv No.5’and‘Husong 85’decreased with the increase of NaCl concentration,while the average germination time increased with the increase of NaCl concentration.Theβ-amylase activity and soluble sugar content in imbibed seeds of‘Hulv No.5’and‘Husong 85’showed a trend of first increasing and then decreasing with the increase of NaCl concentration.Compared with the control(without priming),the germination potential,germination rates,and germination indexes of‘Hulv No.5’and‘Husong 85’treated with solid matrix priming increased,while the average germination time decreased,and theβ-amylase activity and soluble sugar content in imbibed seeds both increased.
