热胀管梁A柱的结构设计

摘要 为改善汽车的A柱视野角,减小A柱的视野盲区,文章开发了一种新型的热胀管梁A柱结构。与传统分片式A柱相比,热胀管梁A柱具有结构效率高、产品质量好等优势。通过材料、截面和料厚的选择,热胀管梁A柱在碰撞性能优于传统A柱的条件下,实现了显著改善A柱视野角和减重的目标。 In order to improve the visibility angle of the A-pillar and reduce the blind spot,a new type of thermal expansion tube beam A-pillar structure is developed.Compared with the tradi⁃tional segmented A-pillar,the thermal expansion tube beam A-pillar has advantages of high structural efficiency and good product quality.Through the selection of materials,sections and thickness,the thermal expansion tube beam A-pillar achieves significant improvement in the visibility angle of the Apillar and weight reduction while maintaining better collision performance than the traditional A-pillar.
