摘要
文章通过对不同淬回火工艺条件下材料的硬度、微观组织、机械性能的研究分析,得到了扭力梁横梁用22MnB5钢的热处理工艺窗口:860−890℃保温10−30 min淬火、210−225℃保温1−2 h回火。过低的淬火温度有奥氏体化不充分的风险,过高的淬火温度和保温时间将导致奥氏体粗化或局部长大。回火温度的升高促进碳原子脱溶析出形成析出相,但过高的回火温度使马氏体基体软化,降低抗拉强度。
By analyzing the hardness,microstructure and mechanical properties of materials under different quenching and tempering conditions,the heat treatment process window of 22MnB5 steel for torsion beam is determined:quenching at 860−890℃for 10−30 min,and tempering at 210−225℃for 1−2 h.Lower quenching temperature carries the risk of insufficient austenitization,while higher quenching temperature and tempering time will lead to austenite coarsening or local growth.The increase in tempering temperature promotes the precipitation of carbon atoms to form pre⁃cipitates,but excessive tempering temperature softens the martensitic matrix and reduces the tensile strength.
