改良版手术患者隐私保护量表在手术室护士中的验证

Verification on modified surgical patients’privacy protection scale among operating room nurses

目的对患者隐私保护量表进行改良,并在手术室护士中检验改良版手术患者隐私保护量表的信度、效度及各条目质量。方法项目研究小组通过对11名专家进行函询与小组讨论最终确定改良版手术患者隐私保护量表。2022年6-7月,采用简单随机抽样选取浙江省某三级甲等医院的288名手术室护士进行改良版手术患者隐私保护量表的信效度检验。结果原版患者隐私保护量表中的8个条目被剔除,2个条目被修订,最终改良版手术患者隐私保护量表含19个条目。改良版手术患者隐私保护量表内容效度指数是0.87;探索性因子分析提取了3个主因子,累计方差的贡献率为80.36%;3个因子平均方差抽取量值分别为0.80、0.76和0.74,3个因子的组合信度分别为0.82、0.78和0.76;Cronbach’sα系数为0.982。验证性因子分析所得结果支持探索性因子分析量表结构,相关拟合指数均达标。结论改良版手术患者隐私保护量表信效度良好,临床上可作为了解手术室护士对患者隐私保护情况的评定工具。

Objective To modify patients’privacy protection scale and test the reliability,validity and quality of each item of modified surgical patients’privacy protection scale among operating room nurses.Methods Research group finally determined the modified surgical patients’privacy protection scale by expert consultation and group disdussion.Totally 288 operating room nurses from a GradeⅢLevel A hospital in Zhejiang Province were chosen by simple random sampling to test the reliability and validity of the modified surgical patients’privacy protection scale from June to July 2022.Results After consultation of 11 experts and group disdussion,8 items were deleted and 2 items were revised in the original edition of scale.The final modified surgical patients’privacy protection scale contained 19 items.The content validity index was 0.87 in modified surgical patients’privacy protection scale.Exploratory factor analysis extracted 3 main factors and the contribution rate of accumulated variance was 80.36%.The average variance extracted of 3 factors were 0.80,0.76 and 0.74.The composite reliability of 3 factors were 0.82,0.78 and 0.76.The Cronbach’sαcoefficient was 0.982.The result of confirmatory factor analysis could support the structure of exploratory factor analysis scale and the related fitting indexes were all standard.Conclusion The modify patients’privacy protection scale has nice reliability and validity,which can be a assessment tool to study the patients’privacy protection status from operating room nurses.
