一种便携式通用数字诊断平台的设计

摘要 现代雷达系统是一个相当复杂的电子系统,当雷达系统发生故障后维修将面临诸多困难。为了提高雷达的作战效能、维修的准确度和效率,研究开发高效快捷的维修检测设备很有必要。本文采用通用数字平台+适配器组+故障诊断软件的架构,提出一种便携式通用数字诊断平台的方案。在降低对维修人员专业知识要求的情况下,可以简单、快速、准确对故障件进行性能测试、故障检测、故障隔离,在提高准确度的同时大大减少了故障检测、维修时间。 The modern radar systems are very complex electronic systems.Whenever fault occurs in a radar system,it will bring many difficulties in radar maintenance.In order to improve the combat effectiveness as well as maintenance accuracy and efficiency,it is necessary to develop efficient and fast maintenance and testing equipment.Based on the architecture including a universal digital platform,adaptor group and fault diagnosis software,a portable universal digital diagnostic platform was proposed.It lowers the requirement of professional knowledge of maintenance personnel.With the proposed diagnostic platform,the performance test,fault detection and fault isolation of faulty parts can be carried out simply,quickly and accurately,which obviously improves the accuracy and greatly reduces the time of fault detection and maintenance.
