越南工业经济快速发展的经验分析及对广西的启示

Research on the Rapid Development of Vietnam's Industrial Economy and Its Enlightenment to Guangxi

近年来,越南抓住全球经济深度调整的契机,明确自身产业发展主要方向,利用较低的生产要素成本优势,加速产业结构优化调整,强化企业精准服务,构建外向型工业体系,工业经济快速发展。2021年,越南经济体量与中国广西相近,两者工业总量差距持续扩大,但越南本土供应链缺失,对外资的依赖较大,其国内自主品牌不强,产品高附加值生产环节偏少,仍面临制造业发展升级的挑战。借鉴越南发展的经验,广西应强化精准招商引资,持续优化产业结构,加快推动开放型园区转型升级,突出产业发展要素支撑,不断推动工业高质量发展。

The research on the rapid development of Vietnam's industrial economy and its enlightenment to Guangxi accurately grasp the opportunities of the adjustment of the global economic strategic layout and the deep adjustment of the relations between major countries,clarify the main direction of its industrial development,use the lower cost of production factors,accelerate the optimization and adjustment of industrial structure,strengthen the precise services of enterprises,rapidly build an export-oriented industrial system,and rapidly develop the industrial economy.In 2021,Vietnam's economic volume has been close to that of Guangxi,and the gap between the total in⁃dustrial volume continues to expand.However,the lack of local supply chain in Vietnam,the large dependence on foreign capital,the weak domestic independent brands,and the few production links with high value-added prod⁃ucts are still the main challenges for the development and upgrading of the manufacturing industry.Guangxi should learn from Vietnam's development experience,strengthen precise investment attraction,continue to optimize the in⁃dustrial structure,accelerate the transformation and upgrading of open parks,highlight the support of industrial de⁃velopment factors,and promote high-quality industrial development.
