适配性人才培养模式改革与实践

摘要 地方本科高校在计算机类人才培养上存在模式趋同、定位模糊等问题,不能很好地匹配差异化的学习需求和社会对人才多样化的需求。本文以地方本科高校的计算机类专业人才培养模式改革为例,探讨了通过建立学生差异性发现与适配机制、培养方案动态调整与适配机制、师生双向选择与适配机制、差异化实践教学与适配机制构建适配性人才培养体系的方法。实践结果表明,适配性人才培养体系能够更好满足学生和社会的需求,有利于提高人才培养质量和专业建设水平。 There are problems such as similarity in cultivation mode and ambiguous positioning in the teaching of undergraduate students majoring in computer-science-alike at localized colleges,which cannot well serve the differentiated learning needs and the diversified needs of society for college students.Taking the reform in a local undergraduate university as an example,this paper discusses the method of building an adaptive cultivation system by establishing a mechanism for discovering and adapting student differences,dynamic adjustment and adaptation mechanism for cultivation scheme,two-way selection and adaptation mechanism for teachers and students,and differentiated practice and adaptation mechanism.The results show that the adaptive cultivation system can better meet the needs of students and society,and is conducive to improving the quality of student cultivation and major construction.
