装配式施工技术在高层建筑中的应用分析 被引量:2

摘要 目前,中国的建设行业正在蓬勃发展,同时,在城市土地紧缺的情况下,在房地产市场上,高层建筑的数量也在不断增加,以“住宅产业化”替代“建筑工业化”,将是住建部今后的工作重点,同时,建筑业运用科技手段来提升工业产能,是建筑业发展的必然趋势。因此,装配式技术和装配式建筑得到国家的大力支持。预制装配式建筑是以预制构件为主体,采用装配式连接方式组装而成的混凝土结构,混凝土作为一种新型的绿色环保的建筑材料,在城市建筑中得到了广泛的应用[1]。运用新技术,来改变传统的建筑工艺,实现了在建设流程中的资源最优配置,提升项目的质量和速度,减少施工时间,进而增加经济效益,在可持续发展条件下,探索出了一条建筑业发展的新途径。 At present,China’s construction industry is booming,and in the context of urban land scarcity,the number of high-rise buildings in the real estate market is also constantly increasing.Replacing“construction industrialization”with“residential industrialization”will be the focus of the Ministry of Housing and Urban Development’s future work.At the same time,the construction industry is using technological means to enhance industrial production capacity,which is an inevitable trend in the development of the construction industry.Therefore,prefabricated technology and Prefabricated building are strongly supported by the state.Prefabricated Prefabricated building is a concrete structure composed of prefabricated components and prefabricated connections.As a new green and environmentally friendly building material,concrete has been widely used in urban buildings[1].By using new technologies to change traditional construction processes,we have achieved optimal resource allocation in the construction process,improved project quality and speed,reduced construction time,and increased economic benefits.Under sustainable development conditions,we have explored a new path for the development of the construction industry.
