基于Citespace的中药灌肠治疗溃疡性结肠炎可视化分析

Visualization of Chinese Medicine Enema in the Treatment of Ulcerative Colitis Based on Citespace

目的 探究溃疡性结肠炎(Ulcerative colitis, UC)中药灌肠法治疗的研究现状、热点及今后发展趋势。方法 采用专业检索方式从中国知识资源总库(CNKI)中导出从建库至2022年8月的文献,并运用CiteSpace软件建立中药灌肠治疗UC文献的可视化知识图谱,对作者、机构之间的合作网络关系和关键词共现、聚类和突现结果进行分析。结果 共纳入有效文献760篇,核心作者有常玉洁、张爱军、刘文英等,研究机构以南京中医药大学、山东中医药大学附属医院、唐山市中医医院和山东中医药大学为主。高频关键词包括中药灌肠、保留灌肠、灌肠、中药、美沙拉嗪等,其中临床疗效、美沙拉嗪为研究热点,炎症因子为新近前沿。结论 通过知识图谱分析可以快捷清晰地显示出近年来中国在UC中药灌肠方面的主要研究进程、态势和发展趋向,对后续的研究具有借鉴意义。

Objective To explore the present situation,hot spot and future development trend of traditional Chinese medicine enema for ulcerative colitis(UC).Methods The literature from the establishment to August 2022 was extracted from CNKI by professional retrieval,and a visual knowledge map of the UC literature on Chinese herbal enema therapy was established using CiteSpace software to analyze the collaborative network relationships and keyword co-occurrence,clustering and emergent results between authors and institutions.Results 760 effective literatures were included,with Chang Yujie,Zhang Aijun and Liu Wenying as the core authors.The main research institutions were Nanjing University of Chinese Medicine,affiliated hospital of Shandong University of Traditional Chinese Medicine,Tangshan Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine and Shandong University of Traditional Chinese Medicine.High-frequency keywords include Chinese medicine enema,retained enema,traditional Chinese medicine,methalazine,among others,clinical effect,methalazine as a hot topic,inflammatory factors as a recent frontier.Conclusion The main research process,situation and trend of traditional Chinese medicine enema in ulcerative colitis in recent years can be shown quickly and clearly by the knowledge map analysis,which can be used as reference for further research.
