浅析《针灸大成》耳鼻喉科病症的针灸治疗规律

此文通过归纳、整理《针灸大成》中有关针灸治疗耳鼻喉疾病的相关记载,并从穴位分布、穴位特性和特殊针刺方法进行统计分析,总结该书治疗耳鼻喉疾病的治疗规律是:在辨证思想的指导下,以远近配穴为主、将五输穴和八脉交会穴作为主要的配穴处方,并辅以严格的针刺顺序进行施治,可以起到良好的治疗效果,以期对现代临床治疗耳鼻喉科病症提供思路。

By summing up and sorting out the relevant records of acupuncture in the treatment of ear,nose and throat diseases,and statistically analyzing the distribution of acupoints,the characteristics of acupoints and the special acupuncture methods,this article summarized the law of the book in the treatment of ear,nose and throat diseases as follows:under the guidance of syndrome differentiation thought,the methods of far and near acupoints,five-shu point and eight confluence points are the main prescription,supplemented by strict acupuncture sequence,which can play a good therapeutic effect,in order to provide ideas for modern clinical treatment of otolaryngology.
