五行音乐疗法联合耳穴贴压缓解胃癌术后疼痛临床观察

Discussion on the Clinical Effect of Five-element Music Therapy Combined with Auricular Point Pressing on Relieving Postoperative Pain of Patients with Gastric Cancer

目的 探讨五行音乐疗法联合耳穴贴压对缓解胃癌术后疼痛的效果。方法 选取2019年7月—2022年2月在福建省南安市医院经胃癌根治术治疗的192例胃癌患者,随机分为对照组和观察组,每组96例。对照组采用常规治疗,观察组在常规治疗的基础上加用五行音乐疗法和耳穴贴压治疗。此文主要采用实时视觉图像模拟综合评分法对2组术后疼痛诊断结果进行综合评价,并比较2组患者血清Y-氨基丁酸指数(GABA)和β-内啡肽(β-EP)的指数。结果 对照组和观察组治疗后均能有效缓解胃癌术后患者的疼痛,毒副反应少,但是治疗后2组比较,观察组更能降低疼痛评分指数,提高血清中的GABA和β-EP指标,改善生活质量,减轻毒副反应,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 五行音乐疗法联合耳穴贴压治疗方法能有效缓解胃癌术后患者的疼痛。

Objective To explore the clinical observation of five-element music therapy combined with auricular point pressing on relieving postoperative pain of gastric cancer.Methods A total of 192 gastric cancer patients who underwent radical gastrectomy for gastric cancer in Nan'an Hospital from July 2019 to February 2022 were selected and randomly divided into a control group and an observation group,with 96 cases in each group.The control group was treated with routine therapy,while the observation group was treated with five-element music therapy and auricular point pressing on the basis of routine therapy.In this paper,the real-time visual image simulation comprehensive scoring method was used to comprehensively evaluate the postoperative pain diagnosis results of the two groups,and the serum Yaminobutyric acid index(GABA)andβ-Endorphin(β-EP).Results Both the control group and the observation group can effectively relieve the pain of patients with gastric cancer after operation,and the incidence of toxic and side effects is small.However,compared with the two groups after treatment,the observation group can reduce the pain score index and improve the serum GABA andβ-EP index improved the quality of life and alleviated the side effects,and had statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion Five-element music therapy combined with auricular point pressing therapy can effectively relieve the pain of patients with gastric cancer after operation.
