服中药泄泻病因探析

Analysis on the Causes of Diarrhea after Taking Chinese Materia Medica

通过翻阅有关服中药后泄泻的文献资料,结合临床诊治经验,笔者分析总结得出服中药泄泻的常见原因为:中病、误治、病情演变、脏器损伤、用药不当、情志等诸多因素。究其根本,多见于脾胃功能失调,或因病生泻,或因药生泻。此文旨在通过阐述与探究临床治疗过程中出现的服中药泄泻的情况,在归纳前人经验的基础之上,使临床分析服中药后出现泄泻的情况有法可依,有据可循,希望能够抛砖引玉,为临床中医师处理此类情况提供更多的治疗思路与解决方法,并减少此类不良反应的出现。

Through browsing the literature about diarrhea after taking Chinese materia medica.Combined with clinical experience in syndrome differentiation and treatment.The author summarized it can be divided into the right treatment,mistreatment,transmission,visceral injury,medication loss,mood.Exploring its essence,it is closely related to dysfunction of spleen and stomach.The diarrhea in induced by disease or medicine.This article aims to expound and explore the situation of diarrhea caused by taking Chinese materia medica in clinical treatment.On the basis of summarizing previous experience,there are laws to follow and evidence to follow in clinical analysis of diarrhea after taking Chinese materia medica,so as to provide more treatment ideas and solutions for clinical traditional Chinese medicine physicians to deal with such situations,and reduce the occurrence of such adverse reactions.
