毛红教授方参芪润肠汤治疗老年性便秘医案2则

Professor Mao Hong in the Treatment of Senile Chronic Constipation by Shenqi Runchang Decoction for Two Medical Cases

2例高龄患者,便秘日久,排便困难,辨证为气阴两虚证,治以自拟方参芪润肠汤两方加减,1周后疗效显著,参芪润肠汤由六君子汤、四逆散和三仁汤加减而成,毛红教授从“以柔克刚”的理念出发,治以“扶正祛邪,除症固本”,有效地改善老年人长期便秘的症状。毛红教授于临床实践中总结经验,应用大剂量黄芪治疗便秘取得了显著的疗效。黄芪在临床药学中被证实大剂量使用可促进肠道平滑肌蠕动,能够有效改善便秘症状。
