三七接骨丸对经脉痹阻型股骨头坏死炎性指标的影响

Influence of Sanqi Jiegu Pill on Inflammatory Indexes of Femoral Head Necrosis of Meridian Obstruction Type and Evaluation of Curative Effect in Traditional Chinese Medicine

目的 探讨三七接骨丸对经脉痹阻型股骨头坏死患者血清ESR、CRP、IL-6的影响并对中医疗效进行评价。方法 选取经脉痹阻型股骨头坏死患者68例,随机分为2组,各34例。对照组采用中药熏药治疗,治疗组在中药熏药的基础上口服三七接骨丸,于治疗前、治疗后1个月、治疗后2个月、治疗后3个月比较2组患者血清ESR、CRP、IL-6的变化,于治疗前及治疗后3个月比较2组患者疼痛VAS评分、髋关节屈曲功能评分、行走距离评分及中医临床疗效评分。结果 治疗前2组患者血清ESR、CRP、IL-6水平、疼痛VAS评分、髋关节屈曲功能评分、行走距离评分差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后治疗组上述指标均降低,治疗结束后治疗组的临床疗效优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 三七接骨丸可有效缓解经脉痹阻型股骨头坏死的症状、改善关节功能、安全性高,适于推广应用。

Objective To investigate the effect of Sanqi Jiegu pills on serum ESR,CRP and IL-6 in patients with necrosis of the femoral head caused by meridian obstruction,and to evaluate the curative effect in traditional Chinese medicine.Methods A total of 68 patients with necrosis of the femoral head caused by meridian obstruction were selected and randomly divided into 2 groups,with 34 cases in the observation group and 34 cases in the control group.The control group was treated with Chinese medicine fumigation,and the observation group was given Sanqi Jiegu pills on the basis of Chinese medicine fumigation.The serum ESR,CRP and IL-6 of the two groups of patients was compared before treatment,1 month after treatment,2 months after treatment,and 3 months after treatment.The pain VAS score,hip flexion function score,walking distance score and traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)clinical efficacy score were compared between the two groups before treatment and 3 months after treatment.Results There was no significant dfference in serum ESR,CRP,IL-6,pain VAS score,hip flexion function score and walking distance score between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).The above indexes in the observation group were decreased,and the clinical efficacy of the observation group was better than that of the control group after the treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Sanqi Jiegu pill can effectively relieve the symptoms of meridian obstruction type femoral head necrosis,improve joint function,and has high safety which is suitable for popularization and application.
