中医特色延伸护理对改善产妇产褥期生活质量的影响

The Application Value of Characteristic Extended Nursing of Traditional Chinese Medicine on Improving the Quality of Life of Puerpera during Puerperium

目的 探讨中医特色延伸护理在产妇产褥期中的应用价值。方法 选取2021年6月—2022年6月商丘市中医院接收的106例产妇为研究对象。根据不同的护理方式分为常规组和中医组,各53例。常规组接受产褥期常规护理,中医组在常规组的基础上实施中医特色延伸护理。比较2组恶露消失时间、宫底高度等生理指标以及并发症发生率、生活质量评分。结果 中医组恶露消失时间、宫底高度指标均优于常规组(P<0.05);中医组并发症总发生率低于常规组(P<0.05);中医组生活质量各项评分均高于常规组(P<0.05)。结论 中医特色延伸护理能够促进产褥期产妇的恢复,且并发症较少,能够使产妇的生活质量有所改善。

Objective To explore the application value of characteristic extended nursing of traditional Chinese medicine in puerpera during puerperium.Methodss 106 puerpera admitted to Shangqiu Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from June 2021 to June 2022 were selected as the research objects.According to different nursing methods,they were divided into routine group and traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)group,with 53 cases in each group.The routine group received routine nursing during puerperium.The TCM group implemented TCM characteristic extended nursing based on the routine group.The lochia disappearance time,fundus of uterus height,incidence of complications,and quality of life score were compared between the two groups.Results The disappearance time of lochia and fundus height in TCM group were better than those in conventional group(P<0.05).The total complication rate of TCM group was lower than that of conventional group(P<O.05).All scores of quality of life in TCM group were higher than those in conventional group(P<0.05).Conclusion TCM characteristic extended nursing can promote the recovery of puerpera during puerperium,with fewer complications,and improve the quality of life of puerpera.
