中医药防治化疗相关性恶心呕吐临床研究

Clinical Research Progress of Traditional Chinese Medicine in the Prevention and Treatment of Chemotherapy-related Nausea and Vomiting

恶心、呕吐是恶性肿瘤患者化疗后常发生的不良反应,严重影响了患者的生活质量。现代医学虽有大量治疗药物,但在其治疗方面仍达不到完全缓解,故寻求中医药治疗尤为重要。此文通过分析总结近3年来化疗相关性恶心呕吐的最新中医药治疗文献,发现其中医学治疗方法主要有中医内治法、中医外治法如穴位贴敷、针刺、灸法、穴位注射和耳穴压豆等及中医综合疗法,临床上取得了良好的疗效,值得大范围推广应用,为化疗相关性恶心呕吐的临床治疗提供了新的参考和借鉴。

Nausea and vomiting are common adverse reactions after chemotherapy in patients with malignant tumors,which seriously affect the quality of life of patients.Although modern medicine has a large number of therapeutic drugs,it still cannot achieve complete remission in its treatment,so it is particularly important to seek traditional Chinese medicine treatment.This paper analyzes and summarizes the latest literature on traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of chemotherapy-related nausea and vomiting in the past 3 years,and finds that traditional Chinese medicine mainly includes internal therapy and external therapy such as acupoint sticking,acupuncture,moxibustion,acupoint injection and auricular pressure beans and Chinese medicine comprehensive therapy have achieved good clinical efficacy,which is worthy of widespread application,and provides a new reference and reference for the clinical treatment of chemotherapy-related nausea and vomiting.
