豆油皮自动化生产系统的关键技术研究与分析

Research and analysis on key technologies of automatic production system of soybean oil skin

针对我国豆油皮生产模式落后、出品率低、产品质量不稳定等问题,提出了一种自动化生产系统的设计方案。同时,根据不同市场需求,对个体经营、小微企业、工业化生产3种典型生产方案进行了分析,确定了豆油皮自动化生产系统的关键指标。

Aiming at the problems of backward production mode,low production rate and unstable production quality of soybean oil skin in China,a design scheme of automatic production system was proposed.At the same time,according to different market demands,three typical production schemes of individual operation,small and micro enterprises and industrial production were analyzed,and the key indicators of the automatic production system of soybean oil skin were determined.
