摘要
为了研究干法工艺生产的婴幼儿配方奶粉各营养素的衰减情况,对干法工艺生产的婴幼儿配方奶粉进行加速试验,并对加速试验周期内蛋白质、脂肪、脂肪酸、维生素、矿物质及可选择性营养成分进行分析。结果显示,经过180 d的加速试验后,维生素A、维生素B1、二十二碳六烯酸(DHA)、花生四烯酸(ARA)、叶黄素均有不同程度的衰减,其他营养成分没有明显的衰减。
In order to study the attenuation of nutrients in infant formula milk powder produced by dry-process factory,the accelerated test of infant formula milk powder produced by dry production process was carried out protein,fat,fatty acids,vitamins,minerals and selective nutrients were analyzed during the accelerated test period.The results showed that vitaminA,vitaminB1,DHA and ARA had different attenuation after 180 d shelf life accelerated test,other nutrients were not found to be significantly attenuated.
