柴胡疏肝散合一贯煎治疗肝郁化火型不寐临床研究

Clinical Study of Chaihu Shugan Powder Combined with Yiguan Decoction in the Treatment of Insomnia of Liver Depression Transforming into Fire Type

目的 探讨柴胡疏肝散合并一贯煎加减治疗肝郁化火型不寐的效果。方法 选取符合纳入标准的120例肝郁化火型不寐患者,随机分成对照组和试验组,各60例。对照组给予常规镇静安眠药物治疗;试验组给予柴胡疏肝散合并一贯煎加减治疗。治疗4周后比较治疗效果。结果 治疗4周后,2组匹兹堡睡眠质量量表(PSQI)评分、中医症状积分、血清5-羟色胺(5-HT)水平均较治疗前明显改善(P<0.05),且试验组各项评分、总分、中医症状积分、血清5-HT水平均优于对照组(P<0.05)。试验组总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 柴胡疏肝散合并一贯煎加减能有效改善肝郁化火型不寐患者的睡眠质量和血清5-HT水平,且临床效果优于常规镇静安眠药物。

Objectivee To explore the effect of Chaihu Shugan powder combined with Yiguan decoction on insomnia of liver depression transforming into fire type.Methods 120 patients with insomnia of liver depression transforming into fire were randomly divided into the control group and the test group by Excel.The control group was treated with routine sedative and sleeping drugs,and the test group was treated with Chaihu Shugan powder combined with Yiguan decoction.After 4 weeks of treatment,the therapeuic effect of the two groups were compared.Results After 4 weeks of treatment,Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Scale(PSQI)score,traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)symptom score and serum 5-hydroxytryptamine(5-HT)level in 2 groups were significantly improved compared with before treatment(P<0.05),and scores,total score,TCM symptom score and serum 5-HT level in experimental group were better than those in control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of experimental group was higher than that of control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Chaihu Shugan powder combined with Yiguan decoction can effectively improve the sleep quality and serum 5-HT level,and the clinical effect is better than that of conventional sedative and sleeping drugs.
