从气血痰浅析乳腺增生的治疗

On the treatment of breasthyperplasia from Qi,Blood and Phlegm

乳腺增生是一种以乳房肿块、疼痛为特征的既非肿瘤、又非炎症的良性疾病。中医认为其属气血痰郁积在乳房为病,多因情志内伤、肝郁痰凝、痰瘀互结乳房。笔者在临床中对乳腺增生进行辨证论治,采用中医药进行治疗可取得较满意的效果,且不良反应较小,不需要进行手术,患者满意度高。此文从气血痰方面对乳腺增生的病因病机及诊疗进行浅析。

Breast hyperplasia is a benign disease characterized by breast mass and pain,which is neither tumor nor inflammation.Traditional Chinese medicine believes that it is a disease of Qi,Blood and Phlegm accumulation in the breast,which is mostly caused by emotional internal injury,liver depression and phlegm coagulation,and the combination of phlegm and blood stasis in the breast.The author carries out syndrome differentiation and treatment of breast hyperplasia in clinic,and the treatment with traditional Chinese medicine can achieve satisfactory results,with less adverse reactions,no operation,and high patient satisfaction.This paper analyzes the etiology,pathogenesis,diagnosis and treatment of breast hyperplasia from the aspects of Qi,Blood and Phlegm.
