中医药早期干预防治HIV感染并发心血管疾病的思考

Thoughts on Early Intervention of Traditional Chinese Medicine in the Prevention and Treatment of HIV Infection Complicated with Cardiovascular Diseases

艾滋病病毒(HIV)感染并发心血管疾病的发病率逐渐升高,已成为人类获得性免疫缺陷综合征(AIDS)患者感染死亡的主要原因之一,其不仅降低了患者预期寿命,并严重影响其生活质量。既有研究表明中医药在治疗心血管疾病、HIV/AIDS中均有较好的疗效。此文从治未病、病证结合、综合干预、科学评价四个方面阐述了中医药早期干预对防治HIV感染并发心血管疾病的思考和认识,为临床开展实践诊疗与研究提供参考。

The incidence of cardiovascular diseases complicated by HIV infection increases gradually,which has become one of the main cause of death from HIV infection,which not only reduces the life expectancy of patients,but also seriously affects the quality of life.Existing studies have shown that Chinese Medicine has a good effect in the treatment of cardiovascular diseases and HIV/AIDS.This paper expounds the thinking and understanding of early intervention prevention and treatment of HIV infection complicated with cardiovascular diseases by traditional Chinese medicine from four aspects of prevention and treatment,combination of disease and syndrome,comprehensive intervention,and scientific evaluation,so as to provide reference for clinical practice,diagnosis,treatment and research.
