Depression is a common complication of type 2 diabetes,and depressed liver and qi obstruction is the core pathogenesis.Traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of type 2 diabetes complicated with depression has a unique advantage.In order to provide the basis for the treatment of this disease,the article summarized the traditional Chinese medicine syndrome differentiation and treatment,the external treatment of traditional Chinese medicine(including acupuncture,auricular acupuncture,Hechelu method,massage,etc.),the traditional Chinese medicine exercise therapy(Baduanjin,meridian exercise),time-sharing therapy,in order to provide a more comprehensive clinical basis for the treatment of type 2 diabetes mellitus complicated with depression.
