中天钢铁180m^(2)烧结机1000mm超厚料层生产实践

摘要 中天钢铁集团180 m^(2)烧结机通过提高混合料料温,强化混匀制粒,低水分低点火负压操作,提升料层透气性,加强原燃料管理,降低漏风率,提升设备保障能力等多重措施,将烧结料层由910 mm提升至1000 mm,并在1000 mm超厚料层条件下稳定生产。烧结矿产、质量稳步提升,烧结机利用系数上升0.042 t/(m^(2)·h),烧结内返率下降0.87%,固体燃耗下降5.69 kg/t,煤气消耗下降4.67 m^(3)/t,转鼓强度提升1.15%,RDI+3.15由65.69%提升至73.64%,RI由82.22%提升至82.83%。 The 180 m2 sintering machine of Zhongtian Iron and Steel Group by improving the mixing temperature,strengthening the mixing granulation,low moisture and low ignition negative pressure operation,improve the permeability of the material layer,reduce the air leakage rate,improve the equipment support ability and other multiple measures,the sinter layer from 910 mm to 1000 mm,and stable production under the condition of 1000 mm super thick material layer.The sintered mineral and the quality improved steadily,the utilization coefficient of sintering machine increased by 0.042 t/(m^(2)·h),the sintering internal return rate decreased by 0.87%,the solid burnup decreased by 5.69 kg/t,the gas consumption decreased by 4.67 m^(3)/t,the drum strength increased by 1.15%,RDI+3.15 increased from 65.69%to 73.64%.RI increased from 82.22%to 82.83%.
