身痛逐瘀汤治疗瘀血阻络型腰椎间盘突出症临床观察

Clinical Observation on Shentong Zhuyu Decoction in the Treatment of Lumbar Disc Herniation of Blood Stasis Blocking Collaterals Type

目的 探讨身痛逐瘀汤治疗瘀血阻络型腰椎间盘突出症的临床疗效。方法 选取2019年10月—2021年6月于宁夏回族自治区中医医院因腰椎间盘突出症且符合血瘀阻滞型就诊的患者70例作为研究对象,随机分成对照组与观察组。2组患者皆接受常规物理保守治疗方式,对照组在此基础上处以身痛逐瘀汤,观察组在身痛逐瘀汤的基础上加强利水药物的使用。治疗后,观察2组患者的临床疗效、疼痛程度、腰椎功能障碍的变化。结果 治疗前,2组患者McGill疼痛评分、Oswedtry评分差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后,2组患者McGill疼痛评分、Oswedtry评分均较治疗前明显下降(均P<0.05)。结论 “血水”理论在活血化瘀的基础上强化了对利水药物的使用,有效提高了临床疗效,减轻了临床症状,值得在临床中推广使用。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of Shentong Zhuyu decoction in the treatment of lumbar disc herniation(LDH)of blood stasis blocking collaterals type.Methods 70 patients with LDH of blood stasis blocking collaterals type in Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from October 2019 to June 2021 were collected as the research objects.The selected patients were randomly divided into control group and observation group.Both groups of patients received conventional physical conservative treatment.On this basis,the control group was treated with Shentong Zhuyu decoction,and the observation group was given diuretics medicine on the basis of the control group.After treatment,the clinical effect,degree of pain and lumbar dysfunction of the two groups were investigated.Results Before treatment,there was no significant difference in Oswedtry score between two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,Oswedtry scores in two groups were significantly decreased compared with before treatment(P<0.05).Conclusion The“blood-water”theory strengthens the use of diuretic drugs on the basis of activating blood circulation and removing blood stasis,effectively improves the clinical effect,reduces clinical symptoms,and is worth popularizing in clinical practice.
